Have you ever been going through a challenge and all of the sudden you start having an unusual amount of unhealthy thoughts? Life gets complicated when the things we want to find joy in become challenging. Wether it is Family, Finances or your Faith, these seasons of challenge can cause us to just emotionally shut our selves off from the world.

when was the last time you did something for the first time?

It is easy to feel alone when the pressures of life seem too much.

We have all been through our own challenges and needed direction. The one thing I have learned when I feel I am under too much pressure is not to take it personal. We have to remember that we can not always choose what we will go through, although we can ALWAYS choose how we will go through it.

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

JER 29:11 NIV

We have to keep in our minds that we are conquerers by design! We can make it through and we will see an expected end. In doing so we must always place the proper direction with our intentions. If you are intending to take a trip and do not have the correct directions, no matter how badly you want to be there you will probably end up somewhere else.

Try this secret the next time you feel defeated or to discouraged. Repeat this to your self: “I only need to survive today!” We can get completely overwhelmed we we start complicating our thoughts with the what if’s and could be’s. You need to be Strong for the day and direct your energies and thoughts to being the best you, that you can be for this day. It is a serious thing to be intentional to where you are and where you will end up.

You Are:

Braver than You believe

Stronger than you seem

smarter than you think

It is not always easy to press through the force of challenge, however it is 100% doable!

Keep your intentions clear and precise. Guard your thoughts from telling you that you are something you are not and that you have failed before and this will end up badly too. I want to encourage you that no matter what you have been through and no matter what has happened to you, that you ARE an overcomer, a surviver and a force to be reckoned with. The very fact that you are still telling your story and are still standing bears witness that you have what it takes to go the distance and be the the victor and not the victim in this chapter of your life.
